I navigate thorny issues + solve complex human problems.

Hanlie Van Wyk

Culture Change Expert. Systems Strategist. Personal Change Coach. Author.

I am a behavioral change expert, systems strategist, author, and Ph.D. candidate for Hate Crime Studies. My fascination with human behavior started while growing up in South Africa. From working to prevent hate crime to humanizing the workplace, my career spans three decades and four continents researching and applying behavioral change strategies to some of the most challenging behavioral problems. As co-owner of the Behavioral Research and Applied Technology Laboratory I study, develop, and apply agnostic systems and practices that make change sticky and result in high-performing individuals and cultures. While our framework can be applied to a wide variety of changes, I specialize in:

CHOOSE GROWTH

>> Change strategy to grow more effective leaders and teams

CHOOSE LOVE

>> Change strategy to foster radical inclusivity

CHOOSE WELLNESS

>> Change strategy for a healthier, happier and more productive workforce

let’s discuss…

Do you have a thorny problem that won’t go away, remains unresolved despite many efforts or keeps coming back?

Implementing successful cultural changes is complex and challenging…but it is possible and I’ve dedicated my entire career to mastering how.
